Corn Pool & Deliveries

You may mix and match these options as it suits your needs so long as the sum of all three options equals your 2009-2010 delivery commitment of 1,650 bushels per unit. These options are:

  1. Scheduled deliveries according to your designated delivery group. Deliveries must be made evenly across 2 or 3 trimesters, payment by 80%/20%, and payment of freight delivery premium. Your designated delivery group is listed at the top ofyour Corn Delivery/PoolAgreementformj
  2. Market sales according to daily bids during fiscal year, priced and delivered no later than September 25, 2009, delivered on the half month you select, paid 100% at delivery, and subject to paragraph 8 ofUMA as explained below. Further note that there is NO freight delivery premium with this option. Additionally, please note that sales already made for new crop on the open market can be applied to this option as committed bushels, should you so choose;
  3. Pooled bushels for a pool fee of $0.05 per bushel. Members that deliver their own corn may also receive a credit on pooled bushels in an amount equal to the poolfee for every bushel delivered under options (1) and/or (2) above. In other words, for each bushel a member delivers under either option (1) and/or (2) above, such member can use the pool program (option 3) to deliver an equal number of bushels without paying the pool fee.

MME Grain Co.'s purchase of over-delivery corn on member deliveries is conducted on strictly a commercial basis, as the corn procurement agent for the corn pool, and that member will not be entitled to any patronage distributions from Mid-Missouri Energy as a result of the purchase of the over-delivery corn. In fact, all open-market sales and purchases (other than over-delivery corn off the last truck in third delivery period) must be bought and scheduled through MME Grain Co. as the corn procurement agent for the corn pool program.

Any member that elects to participate in the pool program for any portion of his/her commitment is not eligible to assume the delivery obligations of another member. Delivery obligations may only be designated to those members that deliver 100% of their commitment under options (1) and/or (2).
